Minor Waivers

All minors, children under 18 years of age, will need to have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a consent waiver.

The freedom to race

At Xtreme Action Park, all of our high performance karts offer single seat driving so your child will love the freedom to race on the track on their own. Our fleet of cadet karts are specifically designed for our younger, smaller drivers.

We take special care and precautions by offering complimentary helmets and neck braces for every driver. Each driver will participate in short safety briefing instructing them on the rules of racing, flag definitions, kart mechanics such as acceleration and braking. Our Track Marshals will guide your child to learn the best practices for a safe and enjoyable ride for all participants. (And uneasy parents too!)

Each child must be 11-12 years old AND 54″ or taller to drive our Cadet karts. Cadet races are 5 minutes.

Depending on your child’s height, they may fit into either a Pro or Cadet kart. Please note that Pro and Cadet karts are located on the same track. View our Kart Restrictions Chart to learn more.

Sales tax included in the above prices. Price shown does not include mandatory Race License and head sock. We do offer loaner helmets. All prices subject to change. Cadet Races are offered every hour on the hour and are subject to track availability. Parties and private groups have priority.

What you need to bring

Closed Toe Shoes (no sandals or flip flops allowed)

A parent with a Current Driver’s License, ID or Passport.

Under 18 must have a parent sign our Minor Waiver Forms on the registration kiosk.

A Head Sock unless you are bringing your own helmet. A loaner helmet and neck brace is provided.

Waivers

All participants will need to sign a waiver. Minors, drivers under 18, will need a parent or legal guardian signature. You can register at our kiosks in store, register through our website or download our Mobile App for faster service!

MINOR POLICY

Persons under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with a group leader over the age of 18. Adult chaperones must remain with the minor(s) at all times and may bring no more than 3 persons under the age of 18 with them into the Park. All minor waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minors cannot sign their own waiver.
