General

Florida’s Largest Indoor Entertainment Venue with over 200,000 square feet of exciting attractions, food, events and a bar. We offer something fun for everyone!

Our Mission: As the largest indoor entertainment venue in Florida, Xtreme Action Park strives to consistently offer quality Attractions, memorable Experiences, and exciting Activities for all Guests. We are proud of our constant Innovation and strict adherence to the Safety and care of both our Guests and Team Members.

Xtreme Action Park officially opened to the public on July 17, 2015. Just 2 years later, the park expanded by adding new activities and arcades including the Arena event space. This expansion more than doubled its size making Xtreme the largest indoor entertainment venue in Florida.

And in 2019, Xtreme Action Park was named National Family Entertainment Center of the Year by the AAMA.

There is no admission to the park. Simply pay to play, eat or drink and so on.

Our pricing is competitive with similar activities in South Florida, however, since we offer so many under one roof, it may add up quickly.  We recommend pacing yourself over multiple visits and enjoy different attractions on each visit.

Yes, public WiFi is available throughout the park.

Comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended. Appropriate, clean attire is required, including shoes and shirts.
Clothing which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment is not permitted. This includes exposed underwear or excessive portions of the skin (transparent clothing, bikini or midriff tops, etc) No hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery are allowed. Sunglasses may not be worn inside the park. Socks and closed toe shoes are required on many attractions.

We offer daily military discounts of 10% with a valid military ID. Click to see other Special Offers

All attractions and activities are scheduled to be open when Xtreme Action park is open however there may be times when we are hosting a private event or buyout and some attractions may not be available to the public. Or there may be times we may have to close an attraction for maintenance.

To avoid arriving when an activity is closed, please always visit our public Event Calendar for the latest updates.

In keeping with our core values, we are committed to the health and safety of all guests, team members and our community. These are just some of the specific cleaning protocols that have always been adhered to within the park along with new initiatives:

  • Sanitize wipe and spray exterior and interiors of all helmets after every use. Also, we utilize proprietary, specially designed vacuum drying rack system for helmets to remain on in between uses.
  • Spray sanitize all skates after every use.
  • Delicately clean and sanitize all VR goggle and devices with alcohol wipes before each use.
  • Clean 3D glasses with alcohol solution before each use.
  • Wipe and spray sanitize Laser Tag equipment before each use.
  • New head socks and shoe socks available for purchase and required for all rental equipment used by guests.
  • All bowling balls and areas cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
  • Self service hand sanitizing stations are available for public use.
  • Automatic soap dispenser in every bathroom.
  • Fully staffed cleaning crew to continuously maintain the facility while in use daily.

Additional procedures recently adopted:

  • Increasing staff each shift to specifically to clean and disinfect our facility – This will be accomplished with the launching of an ABC (Always Be Cleaning) initiative allowing for constant disinfecting of common surfaces all day long throughout each department.
  • Adding more self serve hand sanitizing stations within the park.
  • Keeping interior access doors propped when possible to reduce touch points.

Yes, one year after the date of purchase. Arcade credits expire two years from the date of last use. Gift cards never expire.

Yes, you are permitted to bring your own skates but only if they have rubber stoppers. NO METAL parts that could damage the wood floors. We also offer loaner classic quad (four wheels) roller skates included with your skate session fee. We do not provide inline roller blades.

Lockers are available for rent by the RaceTrack and outside of Laser Tag. Xtreme Action Park is not responsible for personal items.

All attractions and activities are scheduled to be open when Xtreme Action park is open however there may be times when we are hosting a private event or buyout and some attractions may not be available to the public. Or there may be times we may have to close an attraction for maintenance.

Food & Beverage

No outside food items or beverages or glass containers are permitted anywhere in the park, with the exception of baby food in its original container and baby formula in its original container or in a typical baby bottle. See Park Rules and Regulations for more information.

Please notify our team members when ordering from any food service counter within the park for a full list of ingredients. You may also preview our menu online when available.

Yes we do! Our Pit Bar offers a wide variety of beers, wine and liquor to accommodate every palate. We also feature our very own Xtreme Ale beer crafted by local beer company Biscayne Bay Brewery.

Go Karts

Pro and Super Karts are for Adults. Cadet Karts are for kids. Please note that Pro, Super and Cadet karts are not allowed on the track at the same time due to the differences in motor speed. Because of this, kids may be put into a different heat (race session) than parents or those in your group.

Kart Requirements vary based on age, height, and weight.All drivers must be minimum 8 years and 54″ tall to drive.

All of our go karts are single seat European racing karts. This format offer a real racing experience for individual drivers.

Yes, a current drivers license, ID or passport is required for pro and super kart drivers to participate. Go to the adult racing page for more racing requirements and details.

Guidelines

Yes, Xtreme Action Park encourages our guests to make and share memories in a fun, social environment. Commercial or other unauthorized use of any picture, likeness, image, voice or sound of any person, event, act, occurrence or thing in or about the Park, by anyone other than us, is prohibited without our express written consent.

No pets are allowed inside the park with the exception for registered service animals.

Accessibility

Yes, parking is FREE but limited availability. On select weekends, during special events and high season, there may be Valet services on site for a small fee. Handicapped parking spaces are available near the park entrance.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own stroller, mobility scooter or wheelchair to Xtreme Action Park, however no other wheeled personal transportation devices (ie-bicycles, skateboards or segways) are permitted.
Ramps are available at the main entrance. Handicapped specific bathrooms and stalls are also located throughout the park.

Depending on the activity, there are age, weight, and height restrictions. Please check each attraction for specific rules and regulations. See Activities available.

Xtreme Action Park is fun for all ages, but most attractions have a minimum age requirement. Please see individual attraction pages for more information.

Lost and found can be located at our main Service counter inside the main entrance of the park. You may also call our Services counter at (954) 491-6265, follow the prompts and then press “0” for the operator.

Please note that items found will only be held for 30 days per Florida Statute 705.185: “If the property is not claimed by its owner within 30 days after it is found, or a longer period of time as may be deemed appropriate by the owner or operator of the premises, the owner or operator of the premises may not sell and must dispose of the property or donate it to a charitable institution that is exempt from federal income tax under s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for sale or other disposal as the charitable institution deems appropriate.“
