We at Xtreme Action Park are proud of the steps we have taken to prepare for your return. In our closure, we have monitored and collected all the information and guidance from top industry leaders and friends to offer you a clean, safe and fun experience on your visit.
Here are some of the current recommended CDC guidelines along with extra measures that our team members will be abiding by to keep you COVID-19 clean and safe:
- All team members will be wearing face masks and optionally gloves.
- All team members will be subject to daily temperature checks before entering.
- Hand washing reminders will be occurring throughout the day.
- We have an XTREME CLEAN TEAM with designated members that will solely be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing common surfaces.
- Our team is trained to properly sanitize with ArmChem Fresh Guard – a neutral disinfectant germicidal cleaner approved by the EPA and specifically kills SARS related Coronavirus, Human Coronavirus among other virucidal diseases.
- Continuous training and coaching on best hygiene and social distancing practices.
- Installation of a Safety protocol program offering Clean, Safe, Fun for everyone.
While we are committed to keeping you and our team members healthy and safe, we cannot guarantee you won’t be exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). By visiting Xtreme Action Park, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We ask that you help to protect yourself and others too by following these recommendations:
- Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face.
- Maintain your distance from others.
- Cover your mouth and nose at all times.
- Avoid touching unnecessary surfaces.
- If you’re sick, please don’t participate and encourage your family not to participate until you are well.

We Follow Signs
Signs and Floor Markers
We’ve taken this time to prepare for your arrival and have added signs, floor markers and bright YELLOW stickers all around the park to help you keep each other safe. The CDC has recommended that we all keep physically distant to help stop the spread. These YELLOW markings will identify safe places to stand, sanitizing stations, available kiosks and arcades to play plus offer reminders of what we require to play safely together.
And, we have both our Xtreme Clean Team members and our “Safety Police” to make sure we all follow directions.
Meet the Xtreme Clean Team!
In addition to our original cleaning crew, yes, the same team members who have been keeping Xtreme Clean from day one of our opening, we have now created an official Xtreme Clean Team. These are the the unsung heroes of the Park and are here for you.
You can find them in bright colored vests and see them in action as they will be systematically cleaning the park in zones ALL DAY LONG. In fact, make sure to look for the Zone Cleaning Signs as they will be closing some attractions and areas as needed. And they are also available for table cleanings, door wiping and any special requests while you are playing at the park. COVID-19 Clean.
Face Masks are required.
Face masks are REQUIRED for all guests 3 years and older. If you do not have one, some will be available for purchase but quantities are limited.
Guest Services and Ticketing
- Guests are greeted and advised of all safety requirements before entering the Park
- Security bag checks will occur on selected days
- Sanitizer stations added with reminder signs at entrance
- Online Sales Store will be open for cashless purchases
- Self Service Registration Kiosks are available and cleaned in between use
- Sneeze guards installed at Guest Services
- Countertops and any touch points will be wiped down regularly with EPA approved products

Go Karts

- Use of proprietary air deodorizer equipment to store helmets in between use
- Countertops and any touch points will be wiped down regularly with EPA approved products

- Limited capacity in briefing rooms

- Go kart touch points cleaned between races
Roller Skating

- New socks will be required for use with skate rentals
- Skates sanitized between uses with EPA approved products
- Countertops, skate railings and any touch points will be wiped down regularly with EPA approved products

- Some benches and all high tops removed to keep physical distance rules

Arcade & XD Dark Ride

- Game room reorganized to spread out machines
- Games that cannot be separated will be turned off to encourage physical distancing while playing
- Sanitizer stations added with reminder signage through the arcade
- All machines will be cleaned by floor associates who are not servicing guests.
- Zoned areas will be closed and sanitized by the Xtreme Clean Team using a sanitizing fog machine several times during open hours
- Physical distancing floor markers in all queue lines
- XD Dark Ride Theater limited to every other seat (max 4 per game)
- 3D glasses will be sanitized between uses
Escape Rooms
NOW AVAILABLE!
- Implementing Private Rooms and limited capacity
- Using a separate entrance from Xtreme Action Park
- All rooms will be sanitized with a chemical fogger in between use
- All rooms will be scheduled so that bookings will not mingle with other players
- Guests will be required to wear face masks and optional gloves
- Game briefings will occur inside the room

MINOR POLICY
Persons under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with a group leader over the age of 18. Adult chaperones must remain with the minor(s) at all times and may bring no more than 3 persons under the age of 18 with them into the Park. All minor waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minors cannot sign their own waiver.

Cafe & Bar
- Reduced seating to 6 guests per table

COVID-19 Cafe Training Program
Several of our cafe, bar and management team members recently participated in Restaurant Compliance Solutions’ COVID-19 training program. It is a dynamic, comprehensive training on recommendations, state requirements and best practices for working in kitchens since Covid-19 has become a part of our daily lives.
Bowling

The trampoline park inside Xtreme Action Park has a new name! Managed and operated by the same team you have grown to love, but now they are Spacebound Trampoline Park. Please visit their website or location for full details on what steps they are taking to keep you safe and COVID-19 clean.
